Again Maggie takes the reader on the experience of solving a murder even at the wishes of Sam to stay out of it! There are a few almost unbelievable instances, yet they end up being part of the final conclusion. Not sure why Hank is a part of this mystery unless he'such a likable character that the author wants him to continue being a part of Maggie's and Sam's stories. The addition of Maggie's father in a more prominent way leaves the reader wanting more of him in any future novels. Andy is a likable character as Maggie's brother, who the reader also wants more of in the future. The author's way of adding humor and description in her story only add to the delight of the story. Another good read. Waiting for more in the adventures of Maggie and Sam and their future together!Product details

misadventures is really appropriate to describe the trouble this gal can get into. love the characters she meets and drags into the problems with her.
"Artfully Yours" is a delightful little "who done it" with plenty of sass and just enough romance to keep you entertained and flipping the pages. I loved it.
Artfully yours is another good book about Maggie Kean adventures and it did not disappoint me at all. It was funny and scary . She is the lady "Monk". She finds dead bodies all the time.
Again another great story by Nageeba Davis, and even though some parts were easy to spot (no spoilers, so I won't elaborate) other parts did keep me genuinely guessing. My only complaint is that this book wasn't as well edited as the previous Maggie Kean Misadventures which does detract from the reading. However, this series is the only set of books I own, which I wish I owned "in real life"! I'm looking forward to another grouchy Maggie Keane story in the future!
This is the 2nd Maggie Kean book that I have read, although this book is the 3rd in the series. This book was much better than the first. The characters have grown, especially Maggie. The author did a good job in justifying the reason why Maggie got involved in the investigation, and made her a very likable character instead of just plain nosy. The romance part was also nicely done, with just enough emotion to touch the readers.
If you are a fan of Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels, you will love these. They are similar, and give you a character to love, and who feels like a real person. I got the free book and by the 4th chapter, I had ordered the next two. Already reading the second one. It is just a lot of fun. As one person said, a few too many typos, and errors, which I find to be the norm in these free books, but otherwise, I really enjoy these and would read all she can write.

It was a cute story and I enjoyed all 3 of the books. They were similar to the High Heels Mystery series by Gemma Halliday...really more character driven than mystery driven. But, not all mystery novels are or should be Agatha Christie style. The relationship between Maggie and Sam was fun and the development of it felt real. I also appreciated the time lapse between the novels, allowing the characters to change a little without the reader so you had a chance to get to know them again, a little, in each book. They could stand alone but were definitely better as a series.
